This page contains our current terms of service, which are binding for everyone using the TORG Gaming Expo website. Do not use this website if you do not accept these conditions. TORG Gaming Expo reserves the right to update these terms of service at any time with or without notice.

MAILING LIST SERVICES

TORG Gaming Expo provides a mailing list service that you can voluntarily sign up for. Information  on how to unsubscribe will be contained within email messages sent from the mailing list.

 

USE OF TORG EXPO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Permission to use promotional documents and promotional graphics provided by TORG Gaming Expo, such as flyers or banners, is granted as long as no modifications of the promotional documents or promotional graphics are made.  No logos, graphics and/or other content contained within this website may be copied without permission from TORG Gaming Expo.

 

LIABILITY / INDEMNIFICATION / WORLDWIDE USE

TORG Gaming Expo and/or its sponsors, vendors and staff members shall in no event be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from the use of information provided on the TORG Expo website.  You agree to indemnify, defend and hold parties mentioned in the previous sentence harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly from your breach of this agreement and/or your activities in connection with TORG Gaming Expo.
